VILLA HARITOMENI TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Reservations
The minimum rental period is 7 nights. In certain cases, shorter stays or flexible arrival/departure dates may be available upon request. For stays of fewer than 7 nights, please contact us directly at villaharitomeniparos@gmail.com.

The lead guest must be 22 years or older. For tax registration purposes, the lead guest will be required to provide a passport number.

2. Occupancy
Each villa has a maximum occupancy limit. The number of guests staying at the property must be declared at the time of booking, and only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property.

3. Payment
A 50% non-refundable deposit of the total rental amount is required to confirm the reservation, payable via bank transfer, in accordance with our strict cancellation policy. The remaining 50% balance is payable upon arrival (check-in).

For bank transfers, please ensure that the guest’s name, dates of stay, and property name are clearly indicated in the payment reference.

4. Arrival and departure
Check-in: from 15:00
Check-out: by 10:00

Early check-in is subject to availability and can be confirmed the day prior to arrival. Upon departure, guests are required to return all keys and allow the owner or representative to inspect the property.

5. Security deposit
A refundable security deposit of €300 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be returned after departure once the property has been inspected and no damages or losses are identified.

6. Special events and gatherings
Parties, celebrations, or events are not permitted at the property. Guests wishing to organize a special event must contact Villa Haritomeni in advance to discuss arrangements and receive a separate offer. Any approved event will be subject to specific conditions.

7. Pets
Our villas do not allow pets. We inform all our guests that we have two very friendly dogs that stay around the property and remain outdoors.

8. Maintenance

The owner or authorized representatives may access the property, with prior notice to guests, for essential maintenance such as garden or swimming pool care.
