The Concept

This stone-built villa sits with an uninterrupted view across the Aegean sea, perfect for witnessing beautiful sunsets, and the bright, warm days. The location of this villa ensures that there is a continuous breeze from the coastline, keeping the house cool during the warmer Summer days. The surrounding area is full of vibrant nature with colourful flowers and large trees which ensure privacy.

The Layout

GROUND LEVEL:

2 double bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom with shower. There is one additional toilet/shower for the rest of the guests.

Air conditioning and TV are included in the bedrooms and the open-plan living room. The living area also features a fireplace and a dining table uniquely embedded in the space, creating a welcoming place for guests to gather together, and many more amenities. The property is fully equipped and recently renovated.

Indoors

Inside, the house is decorated with a light and modern feel; white walls and wood furniture create the perfect relaxing space. There is a living room fitted with a double sofa bed for groups of guests larger than four. The house also has two gorgeous, and spacious double bedrooms with their own en-suite facilities.

Outdoors

Outside there is plenty of space to sit and soak up the sun, with your very own jacuzzi mini private pool area, a dining space, and a BBQ. There is also an outdoor lounge which is perfect for those Summer evenings.

The Neighborhood

The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, with only 3–4 homes in the surrounding area, all comfortably spaced apart to ensure privacy and relaxation.
