The Concept

This Greek villa comes with an expansive view that encompasses the surrounding city, the mountains, and looks out on to the infinite Aegean sea. The white Cycladic architecture is perfectly balanced with the modern interior of this house, making it an ideal holiday retreat on the lovely Greek island of Paros.

The Layout

GROUND LEVEL:

1 large double bedroom with a view of the pool and Parikia Bay. Air conditioning and a TV are included in the bedroom. The living room is open plan, with views of the patio/pool area and the sea towards the port of Parikia. It features air conditioning, TV, fireplace, bar, dining table, and many other amenities.

The living area also overlooks the pool and the sea. The property is fully equipped and recently renovated.

Indoors

The interior is a perfect space for small families or a couple, with a generous living area, fully equipped kitchen and bedroom, alongside an extra sofa bed that can accommodate two for groups larger than two.

Outdoors

The outside space here features your very own private pool, from which you can gaze out across the surrounding landscape. There are sunbeds and spots of shade to enjoy outdoors, alongside a mini private Jacuzzi-pool.

The neighborhood

The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, with only 3–4 homes in the surrounding area, all comfortably spaced apart to ensure privacy and relaxation.
